BRANCH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
At this meeting held in March the following alterations to the committee were announced.
John Cusack was elected as Branch Treasurer,  replacing Geoff Lord.   Sorry to report Allan Grover is to stand down from his position as Branch Secretary.   Fortunately he has agreed to remain in this position until a volunteer can be found.
Peter Piggott leaves the job as Social Secretary after the Annual Lunch.   He has served  many years during which time he has arranged numerous social occasions, far too many to list!   We must say "Many Thanks" for all the time and effort  he has given us in arranging such  enjoyable times.  All other Committee posts remain unchanged.     The Branch President on behalf of the  Committee thanked the Ladies and Members who had helped during the past year that had kept the branch running smoothly.  A sad committee loss was Joint Vice President,  John Mason who passed away suddenly in December.
The Social Secretary's position and that of Branch Secretary need to be filled.
THE FILLING OF BOTH POSTS IS NOW EXTREMELY URGENT.
